Saddle up for this one! We are thrilled to be participating in the Southside Slamwich showdown with our Cowboy Jack Melt, available at both Jack Rose locations!

This slamwich is a Parmesan and mozzarella-crusted Bredico sourdough piled high with slow-braised beef, house candied cowboy jalapeños, onion tangles, and fresh slaw, finished with our Tin Cup Bourbon BBQ sauce. Served with BBQ-seasoned, beef-tallow-fried home chips.
